RCB’s Costliest Player in Retention List

Prior to the IPL 2025 mega auctions, RCB spent Rs 21 crore to keep Virat Kohli. Ever since the beginning of the lucrative league, the 35-year-old Indian cricket player has been a part of RCB. In addition to being the player with the most IPL caps for the RCB, he also owns the record for the most runs, sixes, hundreds, and fifties scored by the team.

Kohli participated in all 15 Indian Premier League games in 2024 and amassed 743 runs, including one century and five fifties, to top the run scorer's list and earn the Orange Cap.
