RCB: Kohli, Rahul, not Pant; Robin Uthappa said that he is the right captain for RCB.
RCB: Discussions
about RCB's team captaincy have heated up as the IPL mega auction draws near.
Meanwhile, former Team India player Robin Uthappa has suggested that Rajat
Patidar be chosen as the RCB captain.
The IPL Mega
Auction will take place in only three days. The player auction will take place
in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on November 24 and 25. More people are watching RCB
than any other team in this auction. because the Royal Challengers Bangalore
squad is using this auction to find captains and outstanding players.
Royal Challengers
Bangalore only kept three players. Faf du Plessis, the team's captain until the
previous season, is not included here. The RCB club will play under a new
captain in the upcoming season as a result. In the midst of all of this,
Kannadigas and former Indian cricket player Robin Uthappa has made a
significant statement on the RCB captain.
Robin Uthappa,
Rajat Patidar ought to be named the team's captain by Royal Challengers Bangalore.
Rajat Patidar playing the lead is what I wish to witness. Because the RCB
requires a new captain every two years. Rajat Patidar can therefore be trusted.
For the next three to five years, Rajat will be able to manage this function
well.
Rajat
Patidar has participated in 27 IPL games thus far. He averaged 34.73 while
scoring 799 runs in these games. In the IPL, Rajat Patidar has also hit seven
fifties and a century. He scored this century in the IPL 2022 elimination match
against Lucknow.
Rajat Patidar has represented Team India in three Test matches and one ODI match. He played an innings of 22 runs in ODIs but only managed to score 63 runs at an average of 10.50 in Test matches. He hasn't, however, participated in any T20 games for Team India.
Royal Challengers Bangalore shocked
everyone by keeping just three players. Rajat Patidar was retained by RCB for
Rs 11 crore, Yash Dayal for Rs 5 crore, and Virat Kohli for a maximum of Rs 21
crore. The squad now has three match cards and Rs 83 crores.
