IPL 2025 Mega Auction: The dates of this year's IPL
Mega Auction are November 24 and 25. There are 574 player names up for auction
in the IPL major event that will take place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. We will
have to wait and watch who gets the opportunity.
This year's
IPL (IPL 2025) super auction will feature the names of 574 players in total.
241 of them have represented their country in competition. However, it is
noteworthy that five elite players were left out of this ranking. This
indicates that several significant participants in this massive auction have
been excluded. The list of those players is below.
Ben Stokes: England Ben Stokes, the test captain who played for
the Chennai Super Kings in the 2023 Indian Premier League, has not put his name
up for auction. In order to get ready for the 2025 Ashes series, he has chosen
to skip the IPL.
Cameron Green: Cameron Green, a member of the Royal
Challengers Bangalore squad during the 2024 Indian Premier League, has likewise
chosen not to participate in this auction. He withdrew from the IPL after
undergoing surgery for back discomfort.
Jofra Archer: In the 2023 Indian Premier League,
England pacer Jofra Archer played for the Mumbai Indians. But because of his
injury issues, he did not play much. He is currently out of the IPL because of
a fitness problem.
Jason Roy: pacer for England Jason Roy was chosen to
play for the Kolkata Knight Riders in the 2024 Indian Premier League. However,
he left the tournament for personal reasons. also made the decision not to
participate in this massive auction.
Chris
Woakes: Chris Woakes, who played for the Punjab Kings in the 2024 Indian
Premier League, has also chosen not to register for this year's IPL big
auction. Vokes will therefore not play in the IPL this season.
